Copy Cat Scene - Planning

 Costume

To make to copy cat scene as accurate as we can, we have to get the outfits as precise as possible. To do this I went through the scene and looked at everything each character wore.

Bella (Sienna): Off-white long sleeve half button up bodysuit, blue straight leg denim jeans, hair band, orange backpack, black converse, silver ring.

Edward (Jason): light silver t-shirt, baggy blue denim jeans, thick black watch.

Mike (Caitlin): black cap, grey/black waterproof jacket, dark red jumper.

Eric (La Toya): cream/ green trousers, white t-shirt, dark grey jumper, earphones, over the shoulder bag.

Makeup

Bella: Bella wears very natural looking makeup so Bella would just have to wear very light makeup. She has clear looking skin and grey eyeshadow.

Edward: Edward has clear skin so Jason just needs to wear foundation.

Eric: Eric has clear skin, dewy skin so La Toya would just have to wear a lot of moisturiser and a small amount of foundation. Eric has dark eyebrows and eyelashes so she would need to wear mascara and get her eyebrows darker.

Mike: Mike has clear dryer looking skin. He also has quite dark eyebrows so Caitlin would just need to wear foundation and do her eyebrows darker.

Location

Were filming the scene in the science lab on Thursday the 7th of October when it’s out of use all day so we can film all of it in one day. The only props we need are books and microscopes. We couldn’t find the script online so instead we all written one out from watching the scene. I went through the scene line by line to find every facial expression and all the body language Bella does and annotated it onto my script to make my performance more accurate. We’ve asked the other actors in our class to be extras so now we’re all set.
