First Look At Connections

Connections is an event that we preform our play that we have next year. Today we have the very first read through of the script. The play is about a teenage girl named ‘Antler’ who does a silent protest up a tree. She was protesting that people need to start caring about the important things in life and stop letting it be some other peoples problems. She learnt that just because she was up in the tree it doesn’t mean problems weren’t still going on that she could help with and actually being up in a tree wasn’t doing anything. She then encouraged other people to help make the positive change. This play is actually teaching the audience as-well as entertaining them. I really like the play and it’s message. I also enjoy its uniqueness. Already there’s a few characters I’m interested in. I think Antler is an interesting character to play along with skin, Finn and Desk they’re all very different but still they’re all characters you can really get into. I look forward to working in it further.
